Prashant Tokas, a national swimmer, pillared his career by choosing his passion for swimming and becoming a certified trainer/coach in swimming. He is a certified coach by the National Institute of Sports (NIS), and is also a certificate holder of the levels 1, 2, and 3 of the American Swimming Coaches Association (ASCA). He is a pragmatic individual and has been accoladed several times for his achievements in sports. He has been working with the BGN Sports Club for a period of 5 years and has taken the club to immaculate heights. He is a very dedicated sports person and a very affirmed and diligent coach. He has been coaching for around 4–5 years now, and under his supervision, many of his students have reached their goal of being a state or national swimmer. His life as a swimmer was very abstract and triumphant, with him being a national record holder in plenty of events and also treasuring a plethora of awards, including national and state medals and recognition.

Sh Chand Singh Tokas is devoted International Swimming coach who has dedicated 17 years in coaching. Under his expert guidance the club has proliferated to a level producing a number of state, national champions and International medallists . Sh. Chand Singh Tokas was the Technical official in Commonwealth Games 2010 and stands a record in his name for being the youngest national coach at AFRO ASIAN GAMES in 2003, Hyderabad. The Indian Swimming team bagged 19 medals in the games. He is a life plus member of ASCA (American Swimming Coaches Association) and is a level & qualified coach of ASCA.
